Capitol Historic Courtrooms Application Process

The Texas Capitol Historic Supreme and Appeals Courtrooms are for State Official Use Only.

  1. Read the Courtrooms Policy: Download and read the Courtrooms Policy (PDF) to understand the guidelines and requirements.
  2. Check Availability: View the calendar to ensure your desired date and time are available.
  3. Submit Request Form: Contact the SPB Capitol Events team to inquire about a direct link to the Courtroom application form. 3-3051 or Capitol.Events@tspb.texas.gov.
  4. Finalize Request: The SPB Capitol Events Coordinator will contact the requestor to finalize the request after it is reviewed.
